Refund Policy

Overview

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for purchases of Niche App products and services. Refund eligibility depends on where the purchase was made. Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play must be requested through the applicable app store. Purchases made through our website or payment provider may be reviewed case by case. Subscription cancellations stop future renewals but do not automatically refund prior charges unless required by law or approved by support.

Subscription Refunds

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling a subscription prevents future charges but does not, by itself, refund previously billed periods. Partial-period refunds are generally not provided.

One-Time Purchase Refunds

One-time purchases, including lifetime plans, may be reviewed for refund on a case-by-case basis. Use of the purchased features may affect eligibility.

App Store Purchases

Purchases made through Apple App Store or Google Play are governed by the respective store's refund process. You must request refunds for those purchases directly from Apple or Google.

Paddle or Payment Provider Purchases

Purchases processed through our payment provider (such as Paddle) may be eligible for refund by contacting support. The payment provider may also offer its own refund process.

Duplicate Charges

If you were charged more than once for the same purchase, contact support with the order details and we will review and refund duplicates that are confirmed.

Technical Issues

If a technical issue on our side prevents you from using the Service, contact support. We may issue a refund, credit, or extension at our discretion.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund for a website or payment-provider purchase, email contact@nicheapp.co with your order ID, the email used at purchase, and a brief description of the reason.
